Czech Bombing Casualties

On November 22, 1943, 18 Czechs died during an air raid in their accommodation on Joachimstaler Straße.

Forced labourers were seen everywhere in the former Reich capital. They rode to work daily with the S-Bahn. Many were stigmatized by the patches they had to wear and were forced to ride in separate compartments.
